Terms of service
These terms describe the agreements between [sitename] and our clients for audit and build engagements.
Applicability
These terms apply to all quotes, assignments and agreements between us and the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quotes and assignments
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. An assignment is established as soon as the client confirms the quote in writing or by email.
Fixed price
Both the audit (€2,950) and the build engagement (fixed price per engagement on quote) are charged at a fixed price. There are no hourly invoices or hidden costs. Scope changes are discussed and recorded in writing in advance.
Payment
Invoicing takes place after delivery. The payment term is 14 days from the invoice date. In case of overdue payment, we are entitled to charge the statutory commercial interest.
Ownership and usage rights
After full payment, the client becomes the owner of the delivered solution, including source code, documentation and rights. We don’t use a SaaS model: what we build is yours.
Confidentiality
All business information we receive during an engagement is treated confidentially. On request, we sign an NDA prior to the intake conversation.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant assignment. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Limburg district.
